"I was trying to schedule a rental from Enterprise Car Rentals and thought things were in proper order for me to pick the car up on Monday am, they showed to be good to go until I stopped in this afternoon to make sure of things being done decently and in Order and found out that they were not. Gave DeVante at Gilbert Reyes office in Birmingham, Al a call back (as he asked me to do if I had any problems ) and he would try his best to get problems solved, if any ,for me. He did just as he said he would and now I’m all set to pick up the rental without any worries on Monday morning as planned..

"Although a lifelong State farm customer, I did not know and could not find out about agents to underwrite a homeowners policy on the house we are purchasing in the area. Based on zip code and reviews, I tried Gilbert Reyes. Mr Dwyer who helped me was knowledgable, efficient, and congenial. He helped me secure a good policy for a reasonable price well before our closing date. When we complete the move, we will be moving all of our State Farm policies to this agency. I am happy to give them a five star review!"
